Do you remember the snow blizzard that swept across the East Coast of the US around Christmas in 2022? Our travel advisors remember the event vividly as thousands of flight cancellations occurred.
Our elite travel advisors, who were on duty during the holiday, went above and beyond to get our clients back home in time for Christmas. 85 of our clients' flights got canceled due to weather conditions and flight dispatch issues, but all 85 returned home on time.
Our strong connection with major airlines gave us priority access to flight status, allowing us to rebook our clients onto an alternate flight before everyone else.
Several clients also reported lost bags due to the weather, but our travel advisor took care of everything so they could go straight home without first stopping at the airport's Baggage Service Office.
This was just one of the many examples of how we went above and beyond to care for our clients. We are always ready for the constantly changing travel needs. Nothing is too challenging for us as long as they're legal 😄.
