Driving Positive Changes in Hospitality

We believe that true hospitality comes from the genuine enjoyment of the employees. People drive the hospitality industry. In recent years, there have been multiple criticisms of unethical practices in this sector. We are committed to driving a change. 

In 2022, we added sufficient employee care as a mandatory requirement a hotel must demonstrate to qualify for any of our awards. 

A hotel provides an opportunity for travelers to unwind and relax. However, this does not allow a hotel to add additional environmental burdens.

 

Therefore, we are adding Environmental Protection Efforts as a new mandatory requirement a hotel must demonstrate to qualify for an award starting in 2024.

Shaping the Next Game Changer

We believe that access to education is a right, not a privilege. The HEHA Award & Travel has partnered with numerous education institutions in underprivileged regions to offer financial sponsorship to students. To date, we have granted education funds totaling $25,000.

We also provide free startup advising to student entrepreneurs interested in a social venture.
